Replace windows and I close side entrance
    $3,000

Had him replaced my windows never finished that job, while doing that job I added a second job of in closing my side entrance and he was to remove rioting wood from trim and replace basement door. I made the mistake of paying him and he never finished any of the projects and took me for over 2000 dollars. Then like 2 month later he send a friend over to pick up the ladders he left here.

We hired Mancini Brothers Construction to replace the concrete steps to our house because they were very old and falling apart. My instinct was to get at least 2 more quotes before assigning the job but their quote was very competitive so we awarded the work to them. If it weren't for the fact that they were paid installments they probably wouldn't have finished the job. As it was they did only a fair job of the brick pointing and the concrete steps just barely looked finished.

They seem to be a cut-and-run type of operation. As part of their agreement they supposed to remove their trash and debris. After several calls and no response I started to remove it myself. Fortunately, one of the neighbors and her 3 sons were very kind to help us out by removing the rest of it.

If you ever come across this construction company BE VERY WARY! If they do manage to convince you to let them do a job for you, be sure not to pay them until all parts of the job are completed. Otherwise, they will leave you high and dry.

Mancini Brothers Construction RIPPED ME OFF. Gave me a contract to cut hole in rear wall to put door in, door was to be installed by others. Had to come back the 1st time because the length was incorrect & came back immediately because I stopped payment of job. Come to find out that the width of opening was too small. After numerous text messages and phone messages I got him to come back to remeasure his work. He disagreed about opening size and drove away. Had another contractor look at job and clearly opening too small to install door & was told the wood should have been pressure treated. 2 days ago he agreed to correct his work but again after numerous text, no date from him when he was coming back. When he started the job, his tool was not working correctly but he still proceeded to do the job which caused 30mph dust in my dining room. Dust was so severe that he actually took the 2 windows out of the opening to alleviate the dust and now one of the windows is broke and cannot stay open. He said, almost 3 weeks ago, that the part was ordered. I worry that I can't get him to come back to correct his job, what are the chances that he'll come back to fix the window, we shall see. He bragged about getting 12 deposits from customers to do work but his problem is he stretched himself too thin and doesn't have the time and/or manpower to go back to jobs if problems arise. His work ethic is being reported to the Better Business Bureau, Angie's list, Attorney General's office and Action News. I paid for the work and he did not abide by his side of the contract.
