We are a Design/Build company focused on building custom homes, whole house renovations, additions, kitchen/bath remodels and custom 'outdoor' living environments. Working closely with the clients, architects and drafts people, during the design phase and utilizing various drafting skills, mainly used for illustration of exterior and interior design concepts. We hire the subcontractors, and work with them to ensure understanding of job scopes, which in turn ensures bidding accuracy. We specify all materials and generate estimates. We supervise field staff with a thorough understanding of the various trades’ involvement in the building process.
