Mark and his team did a great job rebuilding my back deck and help us select the best colors. The Deck looks amazing! Mark's team was fun, professional and friendly! What a great company! I am definitely using them to redo my front porch.

I would not recommend Mark. He pushed out our job a few weeks last fall and assured us that the temperature was not too cold to apply with nights in the 40s. In addition, we got specs of white paint all over our deck from a cover cloth that he used. It is now 9 months later in the summer and there are areas on the deck that the stain is no longer visible and mildew has taken hold. Power washed today and got most of it off, but there is still some that is deeper in the wood and that only sanding will take it off. Mark did come back to fix a few spots that he missed while staining.

I would highly recommend Mark's Deck Service. Mark Assencoa was very courteous and professional and fixed the issue with my deck. His workmanship was superior . He fixed my deck stair stringer that was displaced and hanging, replaced the worn out wood tread , stained it and left everything beautiful and nice and all for a very reasonable price.

Yes!!! I would highly recommend Mark’s Deck Service! He and his team did an outstanding job rebuilding my deck that was deteriorating. I knew there were possible problems that were unseen. He and his team removed the old, deteriorating board, replaced those problem areas and laid a beautiful Trex board deck with perfect rails, steps and trim. The results is truly spectacular. Mark kept me informed at every step and the cost came in within the expected proposal and On Time!!! We love it!
He and his team, also, restored my large front porch; allowing us to enjoy many more years before needing to replace it. Mark always kept me up to date on a regular basis and was always honest in updating me. The team cleaned up after every day’s work, were polite and stopped to answer my questions with patience and curtesy! I, absolutely, recommend them and would hire them again!
