Marshall Contracting, LLC offers start-to-finish solutions for every project. We exist to serve our clients with friendly service and professional craftsmanship at a great value. We are licensed and insured residential builders and alteration contractors and have been family owned and operated since 2006. We focus on building and remodeling of custom conventional homes, log homes and accessory buildings (garages, polebarns, agricultural buildings). We offer general contracting, project management, building, construction, renovation, remodeling and maintenance services to our clients throughout Michigan’s Thumb area (Sanilac, Huron, Tuscola, Lapeer counties) and beyond. We are members of the National Association of Home Builders, the Home Builders Association of Michigan and the Home Builders Association of the Thumb.
