Dealing with Oscar has been a stressful nightmare. I paid this man nearly 5 months ago to build me a garage and to pave a commercial lot for me. He still owes me more work for the garage job and he still has not finished the job at my lot. Now I’m going to have to wait another 4 months for the spring for the concrete to get poured. He has no workers and he has lied to me numerous times. Please shop around for someone who respects hard working customers that pay on time!!!!
