No response to Warranty issues. Truly a horrible experience in attempts to have a contract honored. Roof has been leaking for 4 months with no hope of resolution! Save yourself the aggravation and do your research on this company.

After trying several contractors who won't do a quality renovation and made us spend more quarterly on our building erosion management, McBride was our last stop. We told him what our problems was and he agreed to take on the project and promised us a solution that will last long. To my amazement their solution worked and work was finished within a month which was fast for me.

Outstanding experience with McBride, a part of our restaurant roofing system was badly damaged last year raining season and we started to notice that water drained inside the building we hired Mr. McBride to help fix the mess and it was a success.

It's so amazing result I got from Mr. McBride and his team after I called them concerning my 30 years old home roof. It had been a problem since when a tree branch fell on a part of the roof covering our study room. They checked it and sent me a quote and work was finished few days before the due date.

My roof looks great and I’m so glad to be sitting in the house without worrying about any leaks!! Not only that, but not having to deal with a bunch of other companies to have all the different repairs completed was a dream! I am very pleased with the coordination and quality of the work. After the storms hit this past April I was at a loss as how to begin repairing my home. I received excellent communication up front on what the process would cover with my insurance claim. McBride handled the challenges well. They increased by claim and approved more items than the adjuster originally found. They provided a 10 year warranty on the roof. In a town filled with fly by night contractors, guys that just seemed to be setting up shop for the first time, or full on scam artist, I'm happy I chose McBride to handle my claim. God forbid I have to do this again, but if so, I will be using McBride Services without a question.

A rep came out and inspected the roof. Then, he sent an estimate. I agreed. He sent a work crew to do the job. It was finished in one day. They replaced rotted timber and put down modified bitumen for a flat roof over a covered patio room. They did a very good job. It held up under heavy rain during the following days. No leaks! I am very satisfied. I would recommend McBride. For service and work: overall rating - outstanding.
