We had a horrible experience. While they sold us on quality customer service and a clean work environment- it was less than par... they were not prepared to pour a small slab the day they came and their work was not quality. When we had issues with their work they delayed or did not respond to our questions. We now have a terribly poured patio that they refuse to fix unless we pay the additional cost. This company needs to be closed!

The up-front experience with this contractor was good. They worked with me on dates and did a good job on the details of pouring my new driveway. The trouble started when a crack developed at the bottom of the driveway. Metro Concrete had assured me up front that they would "take care of me." I contacted them many times, and they assured me they would send someone out to fill the crack, but they didn't. Eventually they completely stopped responding to calls or texts.
In my experience, this company has good knowledge and skills with concrete and city building codes, but poor customer service and very little integrity. I would strongly advise you to find a different contractor who will take care of you if problems do come up after the initial work is done.

We hired Metro Concrete to pour a new patio. when finished, the lines were all crooked, it was finished with a parking lot grade rough finish and completely inconsistent, and there was no edging done at all so it looked like I poured it myself. They also took a huge skid steer full of wet concrete up and down my driveway, cracking it in multiple places because the skid steer was not rated for residential use. They also cracked the sidewalk. They came back out to hear our grievances, and was rude to my wife and me and said that they could just "walk away from the whole thing", I said NO you can't, I work in insurance and this is something you did and will be responsible for. I turned it in on my insurance policy for the damage done to the driveway and sidewalk and now they have to deal with the insurance company lawyers. If they would have stood by their work, we wouldn't have had a problem, but they didn't and the work looked like dog doo.
