I have never had such an awful experience with a company. Following a hail storm we needed to have a roof replaced and agreed to use Rocky Mountain Reconditioning given their BBB rating (A-) and promotional offer to pay our deductible and install additional venting on our roof at no cost to us. Let this be a warning, don't be XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXed into working with this company or any company because of their 'deals'. We had nothing but poor customer service and overall poor communication from the moment we signed the contract. It took over 8 weeks to get materials, and then materials sat on our roof for 10 days before the work started. The day they were scheduled to start work, the crew no showed to our house. The correct materials were not ordered, so that delayed the work further. On the final day of roofing, due to rain, the crew left abruptly and did not clean the job site. We were left with nails and sharp pieces of metal in our yard. We were very lucky that the person who stepped on the metal flashing was wearing shoes, or we would have been dealing with an emergency room visit. We had to make multiple calls before Rocky Mountain came back out to our home to complete the work and clean up the job site. It took over 4 weeks from the time the crew left our house to get the roof completed. Additionally, they failed to schedule an inspection and began asking for the final payment from us prior to the inspection being completed. While our house finally passed inspection, 3 months after the work was completed, I'm glad we held off on sending payment, otherwise I don't know that they would have ever gotten it together. Never again Rocky Mountain.

I have never used this company personally, but they were hired by the bank that is fixing up the house next to ours. I have never in my life been treated so rudely. Long story short, the police were involved and the employee managed to upset the officer almost as bad as myself. He ultimately told the police officer that he would continue doing what he was doing every time he was there “just to p - - s her off.” Both officers were less than impressed with the lack of professionalism and basic general manners. I have attempted to contact the main office several times with no response. The bottom line is, their workers are unprofessional and if you do have a problem don’t expect any resolution. They have no idea what their employees are doing, probably don’t care, and definitely won’t call you back. I WOULD NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!
