Working with Michael Tocci/Tocci Mid-Atlantic, Tocci Mid Atlantic, LLC, TMA, Board and General Contractor, whoever he calls himself, beware!!! Check his license, make sure he has one! It has been a nightmare, he hasn't finished building my house in two years. Many failed inspections because of poor workmanship, shoddy work, poor quality work, doesn't use building plans, built my house smaller by hundreds of square feet, excuse after excuse.
