Rather than write the check, Michael tracked down the correct motor online for $85 and taught himself how to install it while blindfolded and submersed in a tank of water. Inspired by this do-it-yourself approach, he decided to go back to school and study air-conditioning repair, eventually founding an HVAC-repair business that embraces his straightforward, transparent approach to customer service. Michael and his team of licensed and insured technicians shuttle out to doorsteps throughout the Pittsburgh area, touching up just about any make and model of home climate-control system.
