    Mike and his crew did an outstanding job renovating our home. From our first interaction on Buildzoom Mike was responsive, knowledgeable and fair, which continued throughout the duration of the project. Our expectations of the work were far surpassed as Mike went out of his way to fix several other things we asked for during the renovation.     We had a great experience with Nionakis Construction. Mike called right after we posted on Buildzoom.com and came to discuss the project the day after. After a few days he provided draft plans and a quote. The quote was reasonable for the amount of work to be done. The work were done properly and professionally. It took a little longer than what we discussed, but the extra time needed was reasonable. Mike was always pretty available to discuss the progress and address our questions and concerns. He was able to accommodate some minor "last minute" modifications. We are very satisfied with the job and the services provided by Nionakis construction. They even helped us move back the furniture when the job was finished! We would hire them again for potential new projects and definitely recommend them.
