Michael Scheipsmeier combines his wealth of experience and expertise with the newest practices available in new home and commercial construction. Michael carries a B.S. Degree in Building Construction Management. He is a Florida State certified General Contractor and holds numerous designations in the building industry. He is also a member of the National Homebuilders Association and Florida Homebuilders Association.
Before starting his own company, Michael supervised projects and has built for some of the largest national and local names in the building industry throughout the greater central Florida area. He has been involved in new home projects up to 11,000 square feet totaling as much as $3MM.
He is personally involved in all phases of each project with passion and accountability. His projects will also employ the closest attention to the finest details. And his company operates with the conviction to “do the right thing”.
Michael always considers it an honor to be entrusted by his clients to build something in which they are passionate about. This is why most of Mike’s jobs have come to him via word of mouth referrals.
