    framing of new residence, 2300 s.f.
    $31,000

    We hired Mike to frame our new 2300 sf residence. Mike made many promises before we started and failed to follow through on them. Poor supervision of crews, no experienced carpenters, no training, no clean up, no responsibility for poor work. Walls out of plumb, gutters trying to drain uphill, trusses installed improperly, 5 doors framed incorrectly. 45' of wall racked 7/8", subfloor installed upside down. Picked up over 4000 nails they threw around on the ground. There was much more.

    New home

    Hired to frame our new house in Sept. of 2017, walls were out of plumb, 5 doors framed wrong, 1/3 of nails not in floor joists, subfloor installed upside down, walls out of plumb and out of level, roof trusses installed incorrectly. Some gutters running uphill and will not drain. Mike Samuelson did not manage the job, put inexperienced workers on the job without supervision.
    Would not hire or recommend!!!!!
