Family was hearing water running in the walls. We thought that since we have an older home that it was just the echo of the pipes. Well it wasn't, we had a slab leak. I called our home insurance who came out and discovered that the leak was under our down stairs bathroom and quoted a price to open up the slab and repair the pipe. After calling around Futuristic Services was recommended to me by a friend. When I described the issue Calvin came out to investigate and verified that it was a slab leak. As opposed to drilling into the slab and fixing the cooper pipe that most likely would leak in another spot he recommended that I reroute the piping thus by-passing the bad pipe. He also showed me how to turn off the water heater so that water was not constantly leaking. Once the work was scheduled Calvin's team came out and rerouted the piping stopping the leak. When verify that the leak was fixed they discovered a second slab leak in the pipe leading to the kitchen, in short they also fixed this leak and we have had no issues. I recommend Futuristic Services if you are having plumbing issues... Robert Williams

No, I will not recommend this company to anyone, they did look like they did a good job. They came across as honest people and we trusted there job, they came out in December 2018 did some work, to fix out leak outside our home five months later the leak came back later. we called them back out to fix the matter he was not in town, so he sent a young guy out to check out the leak. He told us the leak was not there work. They stated he will give us a call when he return next week , we never received a call we call twice the following week no response. We had to get a plumber out to fix out leak it was leaking really bad. We called another plumber out and he fix the leak he explain to us what happen and that the leak was in same place that Calvin team fix,they left soda and water bottles in the hold. He fixed the leak and charged us $1500.00 less than the money we paid Calvin's Team. We are good people and he took advantage of us. I would not recommend this company to my Family . Friends , or coworkers
