    My house had some foundation problems, so I called Mit Services.
    They came to the house, inspected it, took measurements, and figured a plan to fix the current problems.

    They emailed me a detailed proposal along with the price and a couple of options, depending on my budget.

    However, that they were pretty sure I had a slab leak, not specifically foundation problems, and recommended getting a plumber to take a look before Mit Services did anything.
    They also named a plumber they used in some of their projects and they knew would do a good job, but I was not required to use that one. When the plumber took a look, indeed I had a slab leak, but outside the foundation, which made it rather inexpensive to repair.

    After that was repaired, I gave it three months, as suggested, and then asked Mit Services to take another look. They did so and concluded that fixing the leak had taken care of the problem. (The house will take months more to dry out completely, but it appears that I won't need any foundation work, just some cosmetic work to cracked walls.)

    Mit Services didn't charge me for these inspections and the estimate on adding some piers.
    The plumbing work did cost something, but it was much less than I thought.
    Mit Services told me what to look out for in the next months that might indicate a further problem, and told me to feel free to contact them if I had additional questions, now or in the future.

    I couldn't be happier.

    I not only would recommend Mit Services and the plumber they recommended.

    I already recommended Mit Services to my neighbor next-door.
