BACKGROUND
From our initial tenant improvement projects in the 1980's, MKC Hawaii has progressed in expertise in Hotel Guest Room renovation and Restaurant construction as well.

Successful construction projects require efficient information management. Our team is “on it” with communication and documentation. Progress photos, construction schedules and annotated photos of specific conditions are updated on this website regularly for information and use by owners, architects and subcontractors. Project-specific documents are posted on job web pages for the convenience of the project team.

REPEAT CLIENTS
The majority of our work has been repeat clients, frequently involving fast-track or partnering arrangements, which normally save time and money.
