The general scope of this project is to provide a new compressor pad for two compressors and associated equipment. a fence for security will be provided and a new awning will be installed for protection from the outdoor elements

The general scope of this project is for the renovation of approximately 7 500 sf of an existing single tenant space within this single story building. renovations include demolition and construction of partitions ceilings minor finishes and electrical engineering design (mechanical & plumbing are design/build). tenant currently occupies all of suite 100 and suite 105

These plans indicate an interior alteration of the existing free standing corporate offices of luminar. the interior is a limited scope addition of a prep kitchen and cafeteria to provide lunch to employees of the company. the existing building foot print occupancy exiting and life safety items are not being altered

To furnish electrical installation per plans and scope. supply power to compressor. set up transformer 2 disconnects 100amp. install breaker in existing panel install 2 outlets

Installing refrigeration equipment for walk in cooler and freezer. relocating 4 supply grilles and 3 return grilles. relocating 1 thermostat. change letter indicating correct job valuation including equipment $20 893.00 1/4/2021 mf1

Install 2 exhaust fans and duct and air distribution. this is attached to permit number b20906880
