By Emily M.December 16, 2019Remodel a Kitchen$65,000
We just had our kitchen remodeled with Moriah Remodeling and Construction. The project went very smoothly and if there was any thing that needed to be changed or fixed it was done immediately and efficiently. The whole team was very respectful, professional and easy to work with. They were reachable any time we had questions. I don't think there was a time where they didn't get back to us with some response to our question within a few hours. We are very happy with the look of our new kitchen and with the quality of work for reasonable price. Very satisfied with Moriah Remodeling and Construction and plan to work with them in the future!!

Moriah Remodeling & Construction is a great company. They recently remodeled my bathroom, although it wasn't a big project it wasn't simple at all. But guys from this company were well organized, disciplined, very professional and accurate. There were some issue but they resolved everything and finished within promised time. The quality of work was excellent and my bathroom looks perfect. Thank you Moriah Remodeling & Construction!

By Leo S.December 5, 2019build an addition$128,000
I was very fortunate to hire Moriah Remodeling & Construction for building an addition. The complete working crew were excellent in all aspects of their work. I've had past experiences with contractors that finished late and cost more than my original estimate but not with this one. They did what they said, at agreed price and actually finished almost a week ahead of schedule.
I would recommend this company to anyone that I know and there is absolutely no doubt I would hire Moriah Remodeling & Construction again!!! -

By Tom R.May 16, 2019Kitchen and Bathroom$80,000
My lovely 1935 home has recently undergone major improvements, which are beautiful as well as practical. The work was performed by Moriah Remodeling & Construction.
My 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has had a great deal of upgrades, over the years, including all new electrical panels and wiring, foundation retrofitting, central air and heating, paverstone walkways and driveway,
a new back yard patio, dual thermal windows, new roof, new insulation,
etc.
The kitchen cabinets were installed sometime in the 1950’s and were made of knotty pine and stainless steel counter tops. They looked old
and didn’t do justice to the space.
I had a vision of removing most of the long wall dividing the kitchen from the dining room, to create an open space, where visitors could easily pass from the dining room to the kitchen. I also wanted an arched entrance, with an arch at both ends of the wall. I shared this idea with Eran Saida,
of Moriah Remodeling & Construction, and he immediately began to design a new kitchen on his tablet. His ideas were very modern, and
included all new plumbing, electrical, lighting, cabinetry, flooring and appliances. -

I was extremely pleased with the work Eran and his team did on our town home. We had new flooring and baseboards put in as well as painting throughout. From the beginning, Moriah had the best quote and Eran was extremely organized throughout. They finished the work a week ahead of schedule and left the place looking clean and beautiful. I was most impressed by Eran's willingness to listen to my concerns and address the smallest issues to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely use them again!

I had water damage and needed my kitchen rebuilt and wood floor replaced. Jacke, the project manager, was open, communicative, and professional throughout. The work was excellent and done in a timely manner. I was on a trip to Europe at the time, and Jacke kept in constant contact with photos and updates via phone and WhatsApp. Eran, the production manager, was gracious, professional, and determined to complete the job to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the result, and would hire Moriah again.

Just want to say I am so impressed with Moriah Remodeling. I was working with Eran S. He is my project manager. and with his crew. You couldn't ask for anyone better. The attention Eran gives to detail is helpful and refreshing. We are doing a complete renovation of our kitchen, powder room, flooring, family room, two bathroom and laundry room.
We are so pleased with the them, they are always on time, protect your flooring, furniture. ... everything is so organized and surprisingly we were able to use their company portal.
Today it is very hard to find a reliable company and we would defiantly will recommend this company. -

When i needed to remodel my house in Commerce i had a few contractors come by and give me a quote. Eran from Moriah Remodeling stood out the most with his quote and promises. He delivered on them and turned my house into a beautiful new home. Their work was very good and I’m a perfectionist too. I couldn’t find anything that wasn’t well done. Eran is a great guy who i will definitely be working with in the future. I’d highly recommend him and Moriah Remodeling & Construction. You’ll be glad you did!

I met Eran few years ago when he was working at a different company when he did work on my kitchen.
This time I needed to replace 8 windows, drywall work and some tile work, Eran as the project manager answered all my questions and made me feel at ease and explained every step of the process.
The guys were super fast, I am happy with the result. I would recommend Eran and Moriah Remodeling Construction to anyone who needs a stand-up guy to work with.
Thank you, Eran, for fast and professional work.
Take care.

By Cathy G.May 23, 2018exterior house paint, concrete driveways, electiral panel ugrade and solar panel installation$55,000Verified Hire
Moriah Remodeling & Construction performed several construction/renovation/design jobs on my residence:

3) plan and install solar panels,
4) remove and replace electrical panel for solar upgrade,
5) paint entire house with energy efficient cool wall paint and

Kept all trades on schedule and kept me informed daily of progress/plans. Good follow thru of all tasks. The overall project was overseen and managed by Eran, including painters, concrete performers, solar/electrical installers.

Eran, the manager of our bathroom renovation project, along with his computer designer, drew up a beautiful modern bathroom with separate walk-in closet in the same space where we had an old-fashioned bathroom, 2 old style sliding door closets and an outdated linen closet.
After demolition, he met us at supplier venues for purchase of necessary materials. We chose the materials that we wanted but to our dismay, learned that many items that we wanted were not on hand and in some cases had to be ordered, delaying various phases of the project. It would have been helpful to be aware of that in advance so that we could have purchased everything that was necessary to complete parts of the project in a timely manner.Eran was very responsive when it came to reaching him over the phone, by text, or by email when questions arose or problems occurred. Further, the skilled workmen who labored long, hard hours for a number of weeks, couldn’t have been nicer and were an absolute pleasure to deal with on a daily basis.
Installation of new vanities, beautiful porcelain tile floors and shower walls, new faucets and rain shower heads with heavy glass enclosure, and new lighting, made for a gorgeous outcome. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend the company to any of our friends who need similar work done. -
By A. B.April 13, 2018(2 Different Projects) Bathroom Remodel & Energy Efficient Panels
I met Eran several years ago when my wife and I were doing a major remodel of our two Bathrooms along with upgrading our entire Electrical Wiring in our home.
How do you describe Eran? He was the first Contractor to visit one evening and he stayed until the other 2 had arrived at their scheduled times. We thought it would be interesting to see how everyone would handle themselves. Put it this way, Eran is now my Brother from another Mother! He walked us through our plans before proceeding to the next phase which was the Demolition Phase. When it was time for purchasing of Tile for our Showers and Floors, Eran met us at the Tile Store and walked with us not showing any signs of hurry.
After all our work was completed, I told everyone that was interested in remolding, that they needed to talk with Eran.
Later, we wanted to do some Energy efficient upgrades and I contacted Eran. He came through for me like the Champion he is!!!
Sometimes I call him just to say "Hello" and let him know he is thought of.
Thank You Eran for The Love!

By Marsha M.April 4, 2018bathroom remodel and kitchen update
I used Moriah Remodeling & Construction to completely remodel my master bathroom and guest room bathroom. They also replaced my living room, dining room and kitchen flooring and painted kitchen cupboards. They painted through out my home and updated the lighting throughout. I found them to be very professional and maintained their schedule. I appreciated the way the contract was written. It spelled out every step of what was to be done, what they were responsible for and what was my responsibility. Everything was clear, concise and professional. I love my home now. It is finally the home I have always wanted. I would highly recommend Moriah Remodeling & Construction for anyone looking to remodel.

By Trent G.September 30, 2017Verified HireBathroom Remodel projectRead more
Started off good, then Eran began using his favorite saying, "change order". First change order was not even a change. The ceiling beam needed to be moved in his oringinal bid but he stated it would take three days labor - no materials as they were already in the bid, but no labor???- when I arrived home 5 hours later all the work was done and his workers were already gone, meaning, they had already cleaned inside the five hours! After always being available, suddenly when I left a message stating I was not pleased being asked to pay $4700 for the "change" that was supposed to take 3 days which took five hours which was included in the oringinal bid, no call back for 3 days. Becoming understandably upset by the time we spoke I stated either we cut the change order to $2300 or he could stop the job he agreed to our terms. Guess what his next response was? " how would you like to handle the outside doors then"? The doors he was referring to were doors that were on the architectural plans we gave him and 3 others to bid off that INCLUDED the doors which he conventionally left OFF HIS BID!! He said he was going to throw them in but now could not as I reduced his change order -which never should have been a change to begin with- I asked how could the doors not haven been on the bid and Eran states, smugly; I put everything on the 7 page list of work to be performed and the doors were NOT on the list. How could the doors be left off he shrugged and just said there were. I believe it was a blantant opportunity for him to bump us later. As a homeowner wouldn't you think the outside doors would be incucked in your bid if there were on the architectural plans you provided for him to bid off???? The final straw was when Eran stated the inspector asked for plans on our ENTIRE HOUSE due to the two doors replacing the preexisting window and sliding glass door opening. " no problem though,we have that in house and I'll give you the best price of $3200. I'll get started today to reduce the delays in you're project".. I said, "not until I speak with the inspector" which he responded to all the reasons that was a bad idea. " as the homeowner, not in the business, I could get fiesta and delay the job, blah, blah, blah". Can you imagine my reaction when I spoke the Paul Reese the inspector of Ventura when he stated he NEVER STATED I NEEDED PLANS AT ALL! Mr Reese simply asked to provide an "elevation" which is a very basic hand drawn with measurements, drawing of the side of my house. I did it in 15 mins, my wife went to the city and paid them $160, handed them my poorly drawn elevation and we were done. Just so you know this is all true a county of Santa Barbara inspector is a good friend who concurs with every word I have written and two journeymen, one a plumber who had to do two days if repairing what Erans unlicensed worker installed for a cost of $4k and a electrician who had to replace Eran's unlicensed workers work, who installed the electrical -which did not pass-took pictures in case I decided to get some of my money I paid Eran back. All told I paid Eran $28k and he had not even paid the local person he uses for this area -yes, he has none of his own people, just local workers in any area he can get a job.
So, there you have it. No, I would not hire him again, he's a greedy person when he does not need to be, uses whoever he can with you left with prromworkmanship that will probably not work after you have paid him a ton. My wife and I are not sure how his reviews are so positive but suspect they may in deed be "doctored".

By jeremyl1968August 29, 2017Moriah did the remodeling of our backyard and bathroom.$42,800
Moriah Remodeling & Construction did a complete remodeling of our master bathroom (which included relocating a wall and installing a larger door) and our backyard (new stamp concrete, new plants, fire pit, seating area and awning). Our experience with Moriah Remodeling & Construction was very good and professional. Eran helped us go through so many details and options with the design and type of tile, counter-top, light fixtures and more… He was very resourceful and he provided us with many suggestions based on our comments and vision. The whole remodeling project was well coordinated and completed within 1 month. They were able to work on both sections at the same time and cleaning up at the end of every day – was very important to them. The crew were focusing on their daily tasks while Eran visited them and made sure that each thing was perfectly done - it was clear enough that they been doing that type of work for long time. The results of the bathroom and the backyard is no less than a perfect results! We could not be happier with the bathroom and backyard and highly recommend Moriah Remodeling & Construction.

We had my entire kitchen being remodeled by Eran and his workers and they did a perfect job!! All of the workers arrived to my house each day and Eran visited them daily in order to make sure that the work is going according to plan and without any problems and to our satisfaction. Everyone that was at our house was polite, hardworking, professional and skilled. Any time when I called to Eran with any question or concern, he answered and explained. This method of work made this remodeling project with no stress or problems of any kind. Eran was able to meet my budget, not to exceed it with any hidden charge and he was able to provide a top quality work!

Me and my husband want to share this review for our experience with Moriah Remodeling & Construction and the people that worked at our house for replacing some windows with new ones. The work was done by 3 people that came over each day to the house and worked till it was completed. The new windows were ordered the same day we hired Moriah Remodeling & Construction and they arrived after 3 days. Jose the worker is very professional and he know exactly what to do. We will hire this company in the future and we will recommend them to our friends in case they need a contractor for their projects.

By hernandom1952August 9, 2017I hired Eran and his company to remodel my kitchen and to maximize the space$51,000Read more
I contacted Moriah Remodeling & Construction to see what it will require to remodel my kitchen. At first I spoke to Lori who was very nice and polite to me over the phone and she asked me some basic question in order to understand what my goals are. After that phone conversation, she asked me if I would like to schedule a meeting with Eran. The meeting was scheduled for the following week and Eran arrived to my house on the time frame that Lori gave me (she was kind enough to even call me an hour before to make sure that I’m home and to inform me that Eran was on the way). The meeting with Eran was very good. Eran was able to provide me with good samples of cabinets, Floor and paint colors combinations. His main goal on that meeting was to see the existing kitchen and to get some measurements of the space in order to maximize the space. At the end of the meeting, Eran and I scheduled another meeting in order to present to me a 3D design of how the new kitchen will look like and how much will it cost me (even though I mentioned my max budget at the first meeting). The second meeting was very good as well. Eran presented to me the kitchen design that showed me how the new kitchen will look like and I was very impressed. After finalizing all the estimate, materials, colors and the price, Eran went back to his office in order to generate a schedule work plan so I will know what and when my new kitchen will be ready. The work went pretty smooth and it went according to the schedule plan that Eran did. The workers were nice and polite as well and Eran visited the house almost every day to make sure that the work is going according to plan. A month and a half after, my kitchen was completed and it came out even better than the one that I saw in the design.

We recently had our master bedroom and bathroom completely remodeled by Curtis construction services. From the first meeting that we had with Eran, We found him to be very professional, honest, knowledgeable and very skilled in all the aspects of our remodeling project. Eran was very useful in helping us by selecting and buying all the lighting and plumbing fixtures, vanities and built in shelfs, tiles and hardware. Eran kept the work flowing very smoothly, with no problems and most of it, he made sure to keep us informed about any daily and weekly progress. We really appreciated all the attention to details and to the high quality of his workmanship and mainly to the working crew that did all the hard work. They all were very easygoing people, professional and it was a truly pleasure to have them working in our home. We would highly recommend Moriah Remodeling & Construction for any remodeling projects.

By Rony M.April 1, 2017Remodeled my 2 Bathrooms, Bedrooms and dressing room.$62,50049 daysRead more
I was referred to Eran by a close friend. I was told he is honest, attentive, and most importantly he would listen and will do each job on the best side. My friend was right! I had my detailed specifications and drawings. I knew all the final materials that I wanted to have prior to beginning my remodeling project. I knew exactly what I wanted and Eran totally understood me.
Though Eran was referred to me, I still did my homework, getting 2 more bids. I had given my specifications to each of them so that they would all have the same information in order to give the same exact bid. I checked out all of the contractors on the Contractors State License website and, I called and spoke some of the prior clients for each of the contractors. I compared all of the bids and found them all to be in line with the scope of work to be done. Pricing was also a factor, I wanted to stay within my budget. Of all the bids I got, Eran's was the most inclusive and detailed of the work to be performed, giving me the right confidence that he was fully involved and hands on in the entire construction process. I remodeled 2 bathrooms, bedrooms and one dressing room. Eran was always available to me and when it was necessary, he would come over at a short notice. Eran's team of workers were unbelievably great guys! They are detailed, neat and cleaned the areas each day before leaving and never left the trash around. They arrived to the house each day in the morning with smiles on their faces. It seems that they enjoy their work. Marcus, the tile artisan, IS FABULOUS! For the shower floor, they cut close to 400 – 3.5”x3.5” tiles from 24 x 24 inch porcelain tiles. 3 of the bathroom walls were done by 15 x 35inch porcelain tile laid stacked horizontally. For the inside and edges around the bathroom window, which were finished in tile, I did not want the usual tile nor the metal edge strips. I wanted the tile to be mitered. Marcus didn't blink an eye at my request. The shower have a column that holding the shower fixtures that is made of glass. One each side of the column are 1/2 inch tempered glass walls. Marcus's work is the most beautiful work I have seen in a very long time. There was very little waste of my very expensive tile and no waste of my glass material. Juan (Painter & Drywall and a multitude of other items), is also an artist. Besides all of his drywall work, he also removed the acoustical ceiling in my dressing room. Eli (Electrician) followed my specifications perfectly putting everything in conduit as was my preference. Herman (Plumber) also followed my specifications perfectly putting everything copper to copper, no plastic, hooking up the rather complicated rain head, proportioning valve, and hand shower. My home was built in the early 80's and was never remodeled. I was worried what would be found behind the walls but thank god, there were no problems. Because I am so detailed, and knew exactly what I wanted - having my fixtures and tile on hand prior to the start of the job, along with the detailed specifications and drawings, there were no add-on's. The remodel went smoothly and stayed on budget. Eran is a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with him again. Thank you Eran, and your entire crew for a beautiful job. -
By Ronald P.March 28, 2017A complete remodeling project for my bathrooms and kitchen$75,90032 days
Recently, I had purchased my new house and during my inspections, I asked my realtor if he know a good contractor that will be able to remodel and upgrade my kitchen and bathrooms. Realtor recommended me about the Moriah Remodeling & Construction (Eran). So right after I closed escrow, I met with Eran and after few other meetings and based on the estimate, I decided to hire them for this project. The style and working efficiency made me extremely happy and I noticed on how much they put attention to all the small details and perfection. At the end of the remodeling, my house got a complete new look with open space and good flow. The work was completed within 4.5 weeks. Thanks to Moriah Remodeling & Construction and especially to all the people that did the actual work and the office staff.

By Kim N.March 25, 2017large scale of multiple remodeling parts at our house.$69,80060 days
Eran is an energetic, experienced pro with a depth of construction/renovation/design knowledge.
The remodeling included the removal of:
• Several walls
• Demolish and redesign of combined kitchen / laundry / in-kitchen eating area
• Upgrade the electrical panel, including all the lighting around the house
• Demo and redesign of master bath including the closet in the master bedroom
• Repainting the entire house
• And the removal & replacement of the existing flooring
Eran spent a lot of time with us, especially during the first initial meetings and design He referred us to several material suppliers that they have been working with for long time. We are happy with the top quality of all the materials that Eran helped us select. A purchasing timeline would have been helpful. Eran was pretty quick when it came to reaching him over the phone or by email mainly when problems occurred. This remodeling project was completed after 4 weeks of daily work and it was because of some delays in the structural engineering approval for wall removal and permitting. Eran is good leader that worked on our project. Eran is reliable, hard- working and very knowledgeable and can do just about anything that he need to do including solving problems that always come up during this kind of a remodeling. -
By Marco D.March 22, 2017Kitchen remodeling project that included an island and a wall removal to expand the space.$42,60038 daysRead more
I would like to post here my appreciation for Moriah Remodeling & Construction and mainly to Eran Ram for the beautiful remodeling job that he did for us and for the good capability. We decided to remodel our kitchen and we researched several contractors online and at the end, we decided to contact few of them. One of the contractors that we contacted was Moriah Remodeling & Construction. Eran was the person that managed this work and he came over to check the work and to give me a detailed quote. Eran was very experienced with the work and everything that involved with it. Once we started talking and sharing ideas and vision, we understood that we have many ideas but we weren’t sure if they are important and can be done. Eran clarified to us which ideas were better or which ones are more cost effective and we can skip them. The more we spoke with Eran, we decided to take off a wall and to add an island with an overhang, Eran designed the new layout and presented to us his 3D design and that design helped us a lot to understand how things will look like and how the project will be once it completed. The permits were pulled out by Eran few days after we signed the paperwork and we were ready to go ahead and start with the work. The demolishing of the old kitchen was fast and clean. As Eran promised us, he was at the house for each and every step of the work and he was the last word in each important decision. The whole kitchen was complete in on schedule, Eran ram in he’s crew were here every day and everything from A-Z. We honestly can’t ask for a better job-company-project manager. Thank you so much Eran Ram and Moriah Remodeling & Construction.

This company did a very important job for me. It was a big project, they added an addition to my home. I knew they are reliable because my brother work with them and he highly recommended them. I was surprised how they made such a big project so simple and how it went so smoothly. They finished on time and within my budget. The most important the quality of job they did is top notch. Great company, highly recommend Moriah Remodeling & Construction!
