Mr. Frank's many years of experience enables him and his staff to produce work on schedule and on budget. He is always available for guidance and oversight throughout the Construction so that the work runs smoothly and the Client's interests are constantly being protected. Mr. Frank's expertise and specialties include Green Building Design, Barrier-free and Universal Design for the Disabled, Construction on Steep and/or Difficult Sites, Complex Renovations and both Passive and Active Solar Energy Design. Ordinarily, the firm does projects with construction costs of at least $150,000. Occasionally, they will do projects of a lower cost of construction if the Client still requires creativity/imagination and high quality design.
