Mountain Modern Design+Build, a division of MD Fletcher LLC, RCE-47959, is local based, Zero Energy Ready Home focused design and custom building company located in Middleton,. Idaho and serving the communities in Ada, Boise, Canyon, Custer, Elmore, Gem, Owyhee, Payette, Valley and Washington counties.

Our services include but are not limited to the following areas:

• Custom homes, additions and whole house renovations utilizing various forms of building construction including post frame construction, hybrid timber framing systems and insulated concrete forms.

Most of the custom homes, additions and other project we design and build blend elements from various architectural styles. This is because architectural styles are not always distinct, are hard to define, and can overlap and influence each other in different ways. As we design and build we try not to get stuck in one style. We try to focus on bringing the mountain, modern, metro, urban or farmhouse type styles together in a style that fits you and your goals. Hence the name Mountain Modern Design+Build.
