    Needed a driveway, patio and shed base poured. Fast service, good price and the work looks great. Owner came himself (no salesperson) to quote the job. Would highly recommend Mr. Johnson

    Deck remodel.

    The deck project was to be a 3 to 4-day project. It's now been four months later and he refuses to finish. He has all my materials money. Stated it put it on an account for me at the local lumber store. That was determined to be a lie. When I asked that he complete the job he stated that I was bullying him. Also, he stated that I have your cable for your deck but he's not going to install it because I want him to finish the project for the price we had agreed on. I now have an unsafe deck, without the underpinning, and no railing. He has back problems, always moving, ... Yet others have stated he is working at their house, and displaying the same pattern. I hope this helps others.

    Mark is not a reasonable or reliable contractor - he has multiple outstanding contracts with unfinished, poor quality jobs. He has left my pool installed incomplete and many others - he is not recommended - and has been cut off by suppliers for his ethics

    Remove all stucco and install HardiBoard sifing

    Roman Flores and his professional team removed the stucco and replaced the exterior with Hardi Board siding. The entire experience was professionally executed - his team arrived on time daily, maintained the work site and the quality of work was excellent. I still have neighbors comment on the exterior. I would not hesitate in recommending Mr. Flores and his team. Great outcome!

    Requested an estimate

    Recieved a recommendation from my realtor for Coastal Carolina Homes, for a custom home. When we called to set up an appointment. Mark answered the phone and was rude from the start. He informed us he was with customers, then told us to call back, then informed us that he wanted to vet us, as our project was probably not something he was interested in. All we told him was that we were looking at building a home. The amount of unprofessionalism in that 60 second call was astounding. I would recommend staying clear of this company.

    Absolutely the WORST painters ever!! I have paint and stain splatters on my brand new hardwood flooring. I have paint splatters on brand new cabinets. It looks like they spilled paint on my black granite countertop and then cleaned it with paint remover. It ruined my countertop. They broke my light fixtures. They didn’t paint the walls like they agreed to and I have places that aren’t even painted. They painted the exterior posts as high as they could reach and no higher. They definitely are NOT professional painters!! Stay away from them!!!!!

    Handy Ron-Handyman Services (AKA: Ron and Michelle Agnitti) have taken excellent care of my home for several years now. They have painted, installed wood flooring, light fixtures, assembled furniture and electronics -- at most reasonable rates. They are trustworthy, provide first-rate workmanship, and treat me and my home with respect. I can't imagine anyone else upgrading my living space!

    The painting on our home is the worst painting job I have ever seen. Drips all over the place and they paint everything that should not have paint! We have paint on our windows, screens and doors! We are very unhappy with the job that they have done and I don't believe that they are professional painters. I would not wish them on my worst enemy. Very BAD!
