Marty Mullin is the founder and president of the architectural firm Mullin Architects. His knowledge and experience resides in large and small custom private residences, commercial buildings, and community planning.

Mr. Mullin has practiced architecture in Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Georgia, and South Carolina for over fifteen years. A graduate in Architecture from Mississippi State University, Mr. Mullin also studied traditional town planning at Tulane University in New Orleans.

While working as a partner at Historical Concepts, recent projects include many private residential compound projects consisting of a main residence and guesthouse at Spring Island, South Carolina and the Ford Plantation near Savannah, Georgia. Commercial projects include a fitness center, a clubhouse at Oldfield, South Carolina, and an award winning town center consisting of a sales center, post office, and retail store at Palmetto Bluff, South Carolina.

Mr. Mullin has also worked on a neo-traditional church for the new town of Ion, South Carolina and more recently several mix-use commercial projects at the Village of Winthrop, Florida. Other projects include commercial work and residential homes at Carillon Beach, Seaside, and Watercolor, Florida.

As an associate architect at the Vogt Group Architects in New Orleans and senior partner at Historical Concepts, Mr. Mullin has received numerous recognitions from national publications such as Southern Living, Coastal Living, and Home magazines.

Mr. Mullin has lectured at various colleges and currently serves as Chairman for Peachtree City's Planning Commission.
