Originally established in 1955 as Milwaukee Fence & Supply Corp. by James B. Munson, the company expanded in 1963 to include asphalt paving, grading, sealing, and tennis court construction. Today, Munson Inc. operates two divisions: the Fence Division, which maintains its own in-house labor, keeps inventory on hand for repairs, and features a fabricating department, and the Paving Division, which has incorporated advanced methods such as StreetPrint pavement texturing since 1993 and Duratherm inlaid thermoplastic pavement marking for crosswalks since 1999. The fence product line includes decorative ornamental fencing and polyvinyl PVC plastic fencing for corral and residential installation. Munson Inc. is experienced in delivering projects for a diverse range of customers, including federal and local government, industrial, and private homeowners.
