60 year young man who recently decided he could do it "better". Having worked for several electrical companies...seeing their somewhat calloused approach to customer service/needs,..I KNOW I can do better and I have past customer references who will most certainly attest to that.
I also believe in "transparency", both in labor and material costs. Without getting too much on a soapbox, I believe that the Mr. Tire "business model" is one to be emulated in all trades/services.
