Founded by Massoud Nazeri, AIA, LEED AP in 1988, Nazeri & Associates is an architectural firm located in Walnut Creek, CA with a focus on providing commercial, residential and specialty design services throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We work closely with our clients to quickly develop a thorough understanding of their unique requirements, priorities, and schedule of each project. This approach allows us to provide our clients with innovative solutions of the highest quality and consistency.

As a licensed architect in the State of California for the past 30 years, Massoud has been involved with design and managing constructions of numerous projects including office buildings, shopping centers, hospitality projects, restaurants, tenant improvements, apartment buildings, multifamily and custom-designed homes. For the past 30 years, he has been the president of Nazeri+Associates Architects, Inc. in Walnut Creek, CA providing architectural services for clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

We are committed to achieving our clients’ goals on every project, with solutions sensitive to that client’s parameters and constraints, and coordinated with the construction budget and project schedule.
