Horrible experience with untrained workers. They go thru workers like water and do not treat them right. They get rid of all the good ones.

Hired Tony in August 2021. He requested money several times and took $55,000 of a $60,000 job. As of today I have concrete and framing and he is now ghosting us. He’s told us he doesn’t have the money and used it on other projects. We are currently in process to file suit and pressing charges.

We hired Anthony Mann to do a $150,000 job He took a $25,000 deposit and did absolutely nothing. No Measuring, no plans. When we demanded our deposit back he stated he would have to wait to get some deposits from other people because he had already spent our money. We charged him with theft by deception and misappropriation of funds through the Ormond Beach detectives division. It has been 6 months and nothing. It is still in the legal phase. We have been plagued with flooding since the day we moved in due to improper grading by the home builder. We have been working for some time to get the builder to assist and have been met with repeated excuses. Even with a city recommendation to correct our builder refuses to acknowledge any responsibility.

We have filed a BBB complaint as well (ID: 79245), I would recommend looking for a more reputable homebuilder who takes responsibly for their work and warranties as Metropolis Homes does not.

This company is a mess. They have tortured us for a year and our project still isn't done. Filipe offers no support other than condemning his staff and saying sorry. He has failed our project from the very beginning. The mother ship of this company needs to get involved. He offers to cut corners to "get the project done" other than escalating his mistakes to get the project done right faster. I pray our project will get finished someday and it doesn't fall apart with in the first year. I beg everyone to stay far away from this company to avoid the nightmare we are in right now.

David came out. Checked my roof. Suggested to caulk around some areas and to see if this fixes my problem. He was very professional. Would highly recommend. Did not try and pressure a complete roof replacement.

5 years after building our beautiful salt water pool Zach and his team continue to support us free of charge. They recently replaced a faulty GFI and diagnosed a salt cell issue. A great team that believe in follow up service! Thoroughly recommend Signature Pools for their pool design, manufacture and aftercare service.

Horrible experience....at will be a year in august I purchased the home in Leesburg and my yard floods and only promises have been made.

Hired Mann Construction 9/25/19 . They started project beginning of October . Project was an insurance repair with a few additional upgrades . Mr Mann was told there was a small leak at the edge of the roof where the my awning met the roof . His guys went ahead and water tested the roof and said they repaired the leak . I told them to make sure the leak was fixed before they put the awning back together . They assured me that they had repaired the leak . The next heavy rain the whole awning leaked worse than ever . Called him to let him know what happened . At this point he took his sweet time to come back because he had already received most of the money at this point . He tried to blame me for his incompetence to address the problem and refused to admit he had fucked up . After going back and forth for months . I finally hired a real roofer to repair my roof . and finally got him to finish up all the wood work down below that i had already paid him for . Had to threaten him with a lawsuit to get him to finish the project . Very shady company steer clear . project was finally completed 6/17/20 (7 1/2 months) .

Ox construction located in Panama City, fl location pulled a roofing permit for Royal Roof Repairs My roof had holes all in it, ridge vent was crooked, shingles nailed improperly to cause future leaks, shingle over hang too short to cause damage to facia of house after rain. it was a terrible job, the roofer was not experienced to do roofing, had to find a friend to help me try to repair what I could to prevent leaks, I had to buy more shingles to replace and the damaged overhang was never rebuilt as promised the roof was sagging on that side of the house. Now Royal Roof is trying to bill me for the balance I owe him. He damaged my roof instead of fixing it as promised. Barbara Dixon 850-866-0090

Kameron Roofing did a great job for me on reroofing this house. They were on time, cleaned up each day and were courteous to my tenants while on the property. I would definitely use them again.

From the time that I talked to their sales rep to the time that they installed, everything was so smooth and everything that they said they will gonna do they did it.
