Worst company ever DO NOT BUILD WITH THEM!! They'll sound amazing until you hand your hard earned money over. Then they'll just do whatever they want and leave you with a messed up house and lots of extra costs! They obviously DO NOT CARE they just want to do the bare minimum and get your money. Anything verbally promised? You can bet it won't happen! Expecting a nice paint job? You can bet that won't happen either! Left my friend with 20k extra costs, no doors, un even painting everywhere in the house. Spilled paint on her 1500 dollar door, didn't even get a "sorry". Now leaving them waiting 6 months and still the painting isnt finished and still looks crappy. Not to mention all the things they said they do and never did. DON'T BUILD WITH THEM! YOULL REGRET IT

This builder is not upfront in reference to their costs. They continuously over promise and under deliver. They never do any change orders or put things in writing. When you hold them to their word the refer back to the signed contract which never reflects the verbal agreements. They previously were Summit Development which filed Bankruptcy. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Worst home buying experience ever. They over promise things and under deliver. When you call them on it they will tell you they will handle it this was a "custom built" but in reality after them making changes to the floor plan and not notifying us until after the work was completed the only thing custom they delivered was custom repair bills. My house is two years old and has 14 leaks ac system was too small for the sq footage. Leaks started prior to move in but we thought hey they have to fix it to get an occupancy license. WRONG!!!! We moved in and they disappeared kept making appointments and not showing to do repair work. How bout a 31k roof repair bill when house is less than two years old. How about stucco cracking and letting in water. All the while your home is being ruined they tell you they will take care of it. They did..... filed bankruptcy and ran off with everyone's dreams, leaving them with nightmares. Do not build with this underhanded builder. You are better off lighting a bon fire with your money as kindling
