Next Dimension Roofing was founded by the Villarreal family, including three brothers and their father, originally from Illinois. Initially working in landscaping, they got their start by running newspaper ads for landscaping services in Florida. After performing a few successful jobs, they made the leap to pack up and move to Florida.
Once they settled in Florida, the Villarreal's saw a clear need for responsive, ethical contractors. In order to provide the outstanding service customers undeniably needed, they used their combined experience to branch out into construction and roofing and formed Next Dimension Roofing in 2016.

I had a new roof installed on a garage/apartment. The roof was a 1930's era asbestos tile roof. Next Dimensions worked closely with me and the insurance adjuster to get the job done. Getting the job done was slow because of the asbestos, but Next dimensions got the job done and managed all of the insurance claim details. they replaced the original asbestos tile with metal roofing. My wife and I love the roof! I've had several compliments from my neighbors. I would definitely recommend Next Dimensions Construction for a new roof!!!

We had Next Dimension Construction and Roofing pour concrete for us and install a new roof. Their attention to detail was very impressive. The price wasn't the cheapest but I was more than pleased that I chose them to do our work. We will definitely be calling Next Dimension for all of our future needs. On time and on budget!

Had them do some concrete work for a driveway expansion and a lanai and all their concrete work cracked big time !!! Still waiting to have them get back to us about how this is getting fixed . Do your research with this company so you’re not in the same situation we are in.

Had a new roof put on after hurricane Ian. The code is six nails per shingle. They didn’t do it. Took photos of the underside of the roof and the nail pattern does not support six or even four nails in places. When I complained the reply was it passed inspection so it’s ok. Found out that they hired an independent inspector to make sure their work passes.
Ask the right questions and inspect the work yourself to make sure it conforms to code.
