    Dear XXX AND XXXX

I am writing in regards to the contract we have entered into regarding your sunroom addition. Unfortunately, due to unfortunate and unforeseen events, I will be unable to complete the work on the addition in a timely manner. To avoid any further delays to you, I am working with a lawyer to present options to resolve the contract and she will be forwarding you a letter outlining those options so that we may come to a resolution.   You can expect to receive notification within the next few days.

I apologize for this outcome as it was unexpected and unintended and I hope we can work come together to come to a resolution.

As I know this is difficult news and emotions are running high right now, I’d appreciate further communication in writing.

    Regards,

    Nicholas J. Venini, Jr.

If possible I would give zero stars. Please look at his F rating on the better business bureau website. I paid Nick Venini from Buildwright Construction to do many things to my house, all that were completed out of code and with horrible craftsmanship. He abandoned the job, keeping my money and leaving the house in shambles. The kitchen floor has a hole in it, painted over wallpaper (i was told he removed the wallpaper) is creeping off the walls, crown moulding is falling from the ceilings, there are gaping holes throughout the house. He seemed like a nice guy but do not be fooled.
