Nicholson has also executed an innovative stormwater storage solution along I-35W through a joint venture, utilizing advanced techniques like diaphragm wall shafts and jet grouting. Additionally, the company led emergency stabilization efforts at Wanapum Dam, deploying large anchors and underwater stabilization measures. Their approach emphasizes rapid mobilization and advanced geotechnical methods on complex, high-stakes infrastructure projects.
