Ed Netter built my house and generally I have been happy with it but there was a piece of work not finished that has caused me continued problems and Mr. Netter will not respond to me. I have been calling for 6 months, have texted, emailed, and even reached out to his family to correct this issue. If this is typical of his work I would not recommend doing business with him.

This is my first course of action against Ed Netter. I bought a new construction townhouse from him in 2020. After moving in, i started having issues with breakers tripping while not much was running. I contacted him as I was still under my 1 year builder warranty. He told me to replace the 15amp breaker to a 20 amp breaker. He didnt send out an electrician or do his due diligence. He borrowerd time until the warranty ran out. I followed his advice and continued to have problems. I've reached out to him several times with no response and am still having issues as are my neighbors who bought the other units. I have checked with my resources who have all told me this advice was illegal and could pose a serious threat as my wires are not made to hold larger breakers. If i do not hear back immediately I will be following through with next steps until we can get this resolved.
