Before launching NJL Custom Homes, Mr. Liuzza gained experience by working for over ten years with Missouri’s largest homebuilder. During this time, Nick served as a project manager and gained invaluable knowledge in all aspects of the homebuilding process. His expertise includes construction management, customer service, plan design, sales, marketing, estimating, and purchasing.
The staff of NJL Custom Homes takes pride in our ability to create truly, one-of-a-kind homes. Our method of home building is a unique collaboration by our seven full-time employees. From the initial meeting with clients until a home is complete, we each focus our various talents toward the completed project to make home building a fun, yet streamlined, process for you and your family
