Our company was founded by Norman Olsen in 1967. Blair Olsen his son took over the company operations in 1986. In 1990 Mike Loughney joined Olsen Construction and formed a partnership with Blair Olsen and expanded the company to include a restoration division.
The company is presently known as Olsen Construction and Restoration Company, Inc.

Blair Olsen and Mike Loughney are the only project estimators and personally assess and scope each claim. We respond 7 days a week - 365 days a year.

We are fully insured for workman's compensation, general liability, pollution liability, automobile and inland marine insurance. All subcontractors are fully insured. We can provide insurance certificates upon request.
