Osprey Bay owes me money for services not rendered. Spent the last 3 months working on getting back money that they owe me for some items on a kitchen reno that they did not end up needing to do. Lee Rose does not answer calls or e-mails; he is evasive and unavailable. Please beware of using Osprey Bay as a contractor!!!
