Our Little House Llc currently holds license RBI003401, RBCO006241, RBQA006240 (Residential/General Contractor), which was Inactive when we last checked.

A licensed contractor in Georgia must have 2 years of experience, and pass a Georgia business and law exam. A contractor is required to take 3 hours of continuing education each year to maintain a license.

Georgia state law requires licensed contractors to carry general liability as well as workers' compensation insurance.

Georgia does not require contractors to obtain a surety bond. Consumers can file a complaint with the Georgia Governor's office of consumer protection.

Licensed contractors in Georgia are required to pass a criminal background check.
