Overberg was founded in 1982 by Dave Overberg with a focus on providing a quality and reliable commercial construction partner to general contractors, smaller businesses, and corporate clients in the greater Cincinnati area. Dave saw an opportunity to fill a need in the market with a company that believed in providing a quality solution on time and within budget.

In 2012, Dave asked David Overberg, his son, to join Overberg Construction to continue to grow and prepare Overberg to meet the needs of their clients into the future. David grew up in the business with his father, graduated from Moeller High School, graduated with a degree in Business from Queens University in Charlotte, NC and excelled in collegiate sports playing lacrosse. David started his professional career in the Operations Leadership program at Fifth Third Bank.

Working together, father and son provide a combination of experience and passion for their family-owned business. You can expect the same quality workmanship, on time and within budget, that has been delivered since 1982.
