Gardner the previous electrical contractor didn't install a ufer ground. i'm the second electrician and my service failed when the ufer wasn't there. i see the house is an addition. i've heard of additions that don't require ufer grounds. either way we have chipped into the foundation and need to be approved with your tester. if the ground is good i can wire it from there. thanks
