November 2019, Lowes contacted Ozark Installation to replace my roof. He then contracted a crew from Memphis, TN. When taking off the old shingles, they threw them down on the BACK OF HOUSE ONTO AN OLD DECK THAT NEEDED REPLACEMENT. Why they didn't throw them up front, closer to the truck I do not know. When the female worker went on the deck to start carry the shingles around, through carport and up the driveway, the deck collapsed. I notified Lowes immediately. They stated Ozark Installation was responsible. Unfortunately the owner would never return my calls. The employee was hurt during the incident and I did notify him immediately. No response to that call either. I still have time to ask for replacement cost. I have not been able to use my deck at all because it is unsafe.
