I do painting, plaster repair, drywall work, really good on all phases of plumbing, basic electrical, really good on carpentry, subfloor repair, floor tile work, kitchen remodeling, bath remodeling, property maintenance for landlords and investors, minor roof repair, landscaping, complete rehab makeovers. I'm licensed for needed permits..I'm licensed for commercial or residential. PLUS. I'm a nonsmoker veteran..and a nice guy. I'm a member of the Moose. The Eagle Lodge, American Legion, better business bureau. BUT. I'm not the cheapest. I'm reasonable.
