Paraiso Builders installed a TPO roof on our residence Feb 2019. The roof leaked March of this year damaging some interior sheetrock. Mario did a match job, 30 plus pieces, on the roof. Whether these patches will make it beyond a few monsoon and freeze/dry winters remain to be seen. From the absence of communication from Mario, he apparently takes no responsibility for sheet rock damage nor faulty installation of said TPO. It is unclear at this point whether Paraiso procured a surety bond, as required by the state when doing residential jobs. BUYER BEWARE when contracting with this company.
