Unfortunately my experience with Parker & Sons was not good. Was told technician would do the work immediately after given in person price quote but instead was told it will be scheduled for another day. That was before I even knew what the price was, which was more than double of a competitors quote. Very upset I waited for 2 days for their technician to come & then learn nothing would happen as I was led to believe. Disappointing waste of time!

Insulating my attic was over $8,000. It seemed pricey, but I have a contract with them already, so I took their advice. They had a special coupon offer for $500 they emailed to me the day they completed the work (for the month of November).
They broke a light and had to come back and fix it. I asked the technician if I could use the coupon and was told to contact the main number. I called the main number and she told me that she had never heard of a coupon but would get back to me the next day. She never called back.
Why didn't the salesman offer a discount coupon if it was available? And why didn't they honor it? I am going to dump this company's contract ASAP. They do not value their customers.
