A little about us and our history…
In 2006, founder Ryan Patterson and his father set out to start a tile company in Queen Creek, AZ. With years of experience in home improvement, Ryan had a dream of running a company that would specialize in delivering the highest quality work one could ask for. Beautiful custom tile work was the fruits of their labor. Shortly after starting this tile company, he quickly found that he had more skills to offer, so he expanded his business.
In 2008 Patterson Remodeling was born, a company that would specialize in the reconstruction and renovation of homes. In Arizona there is no shortage of work to be done, thanks to its extreme weather conditions. They renovated countless homes, with repairs coming due to water flooding, and fire damage. Due to the top quality work performed by Ryan and his crew, clients would reach out to him not only for making repairs, but he was also asked to build from the ground up. As our customers learned more about our company’s broad scope of services and superior quality product, custom home building would become a regular service, in addition to full service remodeling and custom tile & cabinetry.
Seeing the advantage to a business that benefits from full service in-house work, Patterson Remodeling would open a division for plumbing in 2014. With such a variety of services to offer, it is no wonder Patterson Remodeling is one of the leaders in its industry to service the state of Arizona.

Finally finished a 200 sq. ft. addition to my manufactured home! It turned out to be very nice, even managed to save a tree close to the house. Darren was easy to work with and managed any issues that came up along the way.

Unfinished job, poor workmanship, we had to pay tile installers the rest of what they were owed. Darren Lawson (the sub? Who rarely came to the job) sent the tile guys a text refusing remaining money owed informing them he's lucky he has a job. Grossly overpriced, PROMISED materials, baseboards, never showed. Went to Patterson's office was assured everything would change, even the dip Darren, Darren called my partner and I both aboutt showed up on the job demanding to know why we fired him. House is still unfinished, I recorded the conversation I had with Patterson sent it to 3 on your side. More details will be emailed to you as we will be pursing damages. They broke 2 sets of mirrored closet doors during tile form and broomball bath pedestal sink. On top of the 560 I paid the workers. I'm so behind schedule I could lose the house now. They took 6k of my money...

We had a great experience with Patterson Remodeling updating our kitchen and bathrooms. We did flooring, cabinets, and granite countertops. We also had to remove a feature wall gone wrong from the previous owners. The end result was even better than I anticipated and we felt great about all the contractors who were involved in the process. We will definitely use Patterson again in the future.

Our job is finally finished. It has never been signed off on so we can
get the final payment from our insurance company. Have made many
calls to Matt and never get an answer. Some of the workers were very
careless and had to have the damage they did repaired. Would like to
be able to get some answers. Very frustrating.
