1). Starting with a phone call to discuss your project
2). Then a site visit to review your addition or new building ideas
3). Site and building measurements are used to create a 3D model of the home or building
4). I'll send you the model file and you can see it with a free viewer program
5). We talk and email about the design so that it fits your budget and ideas
6). Plans and permit drawings are drafted directly from the 3D model
7). Your set is stamped and ready for permit submittal.
