Pavia Development Group was founded in 1957 by Anthony M. Pavia Sr. in Stamford, CT. He was the father of Anthony M. Pavia Jr. who took control of the business in 1972. Today his son, Anthony M. Pavia III manages the family business which concentrates in Stamford, Greenwich, and New Canaan, Connecticut. He proudly adheres to the historical mission that has guided the business through three generations.
The Pavia Development Group family honors its legacy by providing superior craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. Today, we maintain our old-fashioned work ethic, while embracing a company-wide passion for excellence and innovative design.
