Paul and Lisa Sutton founded Peak Structural in 2002 on the conviction that people in need of help solving serious problems in their homes would respond enthusiastically to a different, more remarkable kind of customer experience than was widely available at the time. A handful of customers was served in the early days, then scores, and before long, hundreds.
Paul and his team gradually developed a vision for what the company could become – a dream of improving the lives and fortunes of Peak’s rapidly growing team, as well as the lives and property of thousands of customers up and down Colorado’s Front Range in personal, tangible ways. It’s the kind of experience Paul likes to call “WOW! Service.”

In 2015, the company was able to move out of its tiny rented garage and into a 24,000 square foot building of its own. The multi-award winning Peak Structural team has grown to become a service provider and employer of choice. The company’s 85 customer service pros are all passionate about bringing WOW!
