The CEO & founder, Juan Diaz, has been involved in fixing up houses since he was a child, helping his brothers on their project. Starting in 2002, he began to fix up houses as an owner builder and investor. Finally, in 2014 Juan decided to open up a contracting company to bring his experience to others.
