Pernikoff Construction Company is a general contracting firm specializing in building renovations, tenant interiors, medical facilities, new free-standing buildings, restaurants, retail, insurance renovations, custom residential additions and interiors, and design-build construction services. Pernikoff’s expertise in construction, estimating and value engineering, project management, scheduling, and knowledge of finish options has allowed us to work on some very unique construction projects.
