Needed my roof replaced and talked with Christina at Kennedy Roofing and she was extremely helpful and sweet. I had a lot of questions and she took her time answering each question. I was so comfortable that I didn't call anyone else. Glad I didn't because they did a great job! Thank you for making it such an easy process.

I own a commercial building and I discovered there were leaks in my roof after the last big storm came through. I wasn't sure who to call or what to do. I searched and found Kennedy Roofing and I am so glad I found them. They were able to come out quickly, give me a quote and get the job done with no interference with my business. Kennedy Construction did a great job replacing our 13-year-old roof. They stayed within budget and were kind and friendly. I would call them first for any roof replacement.

Great job everyone. I couldn't have picked a better company to replace my roof. I have never had to make this kind of investment in my house but Kennedy Construction walked me through step by step, made me feel comfortable, explained everything and they did a wonderful job. I am super happy.

They planted 5 trees on my lot, and 4 Died. They were hired by Kaye Lifestyle Homes, the builder of our new home. Neither Kaye or Stanlman care. They wouldn't even come over and remove the dead ones. Evidently they don't care about anything except collecting the money. i don't recommend Kaye or these guys.

This contractor is friendly, dependable and reliable. He can build a beautiful 3bdrm 2 bathroom or and 1/2 home in approx 3 months.

All great things to say about Kennedy Construction. We have been putting off getting our roof replaced because of the "fear of the unknown" but Kennedy Construction put all our fears to rest. The came in, gave a fair quote and did an amazing job replacing our roof. I highly recommend them.

Kennedy Construction is my hero! I wish I could give them a 10 star review. We had a major issue with our roof. We had been putting off replacing the roof because finances have been tight and we kept "kicking the can down the road". Well that was a mistake because the last rain that we had we ended up with a major leak inside the house. Kennedy Construction had come out to give me an quote in the past and even though they were not the cheapest I was very comfortable with their sales person and he was very informative. When I called Kennedy Construction I was told they were extremely back up and scheduling out about 2 weeks. I explained the situation and this very nice woman told me to give her an hour and she would call me right back. She called back in 15 minutes and said she could have a team out here the next day. Not only did she have a team out but they were polite, courteous, and worked extremely fast and did an amazing job! I do not know what I would do without them!! They came to our rescue and I will forever be grateful!

I am so happy with Kennedy Construction! I called around and got 3 prices for a roof replacement and Kennedy Construction has the best value and the nicest sales people. I usually go with my gut instinct and my gut instinct was correct. They did an amazing job! They were fast, complete, neat, and polite. I couldn't ask for anything more! I highly recommend them.

Worst builder ever, misrepresents his ability, he is a $300k mediocre spec home builder at best. He made so many mistakes that we had to catch and he had to fix. Custom home and he gives an allowance, did not even know he had to order clay tiles 6 months out so our house sat for six months. Run from this builder, don't trust them, they word means nothing. The are also having attorneys question him for civil theft and 3rd and 2nd degree felonies are being submitted against him and his business.

Sean Curry and Richard Swanson with Central Florida Roofing went above and beyond for getting my new roof put on. Sean and Ricky kept me updated on the progress of getting the shingles and having them delivered during this awkward time of COVID. They were able to get a truck to deliver the shingles with no delay. The workers did an excellent job. Sean kept me updated during the whole process. Thank you Sean and Richard for a job well done. You are 5 star employees of Central Home Roofing. Thank you Jacob for rushing my roof job, and looking out for me. All of you were greatly appreciated.

While communication was sometimes a problem I have a new roof it took some time but I am very with the end result. The roofers worked so hard to get the job done and they did. I thank the people that worked with me Brandon and Shane. I have to thank you also for working with my insurance co. They have come through didn’t expect that. So thank you.

David King helped me get a new roof at my home in Windermere. He was very expertise and professional. I am now referring David to my friends. He is a great guy and I would recommend him to inspect your roof for repairs. You cannot go wrong with David.

Horrible experience, got thru Home Advisor big mistake, everything they did raising of ceiling and taping, removal of popcorn, painting had to be done over. They also left the place filthy, covered nothing and when painting painted right over popcorn droppings. Sent owner pics didn't even show up to get corrected.

All about quantity not quality. They say six to eight weeks our pool took over five months. They lie and don’t show up. I referred five pools to them, the last one being my neighbor who signed a contract over a year ago and they never came back to finish it!! They didn’t install the railing that was picked out at the signing of the co tract for their 90 year old father to be able to get in the pool. They e mail Frank once a week only to be lied too. They know this to be true because they contacted the railing company themselves!!! Pool tech used to be good not anymore!!! Don’t call them!!! Once you sign and they cash the check the story changes!!!

Heape construction laid a floor for me and it came up a month later .they said they would fix it but never showed up again . I had to pay anther contractor to fix it costing almost double . I took Greg Heape (owner) to court and won a judgement and he still will not pay .

Worst service company in SWFL. Air went out Friday morning at around 1:30 AM, called emergency service, I think it was in Arizona(makes sense???). She told us trucks weren't running because of the hurricane, which didn't hit until Sunday morning. I am a 70 year old man, I had to climb a ladder and luckily I fixed it myself. This is the third time they failed to provide service because they were never available. Avoid this company at all cost. If I had more room, I would relate the other problems I have had with this company. They seem to take your money right away and you have no recourse.

No complaints with Central Florida Roof. Usual roofing crew with associated mess, etc. They are all pretty much the same in my experience. They were, however hired by a contractor, so working for him. Did whole house in 2 days.

I've been using Tom Peppers as my ac service for over 20 years. I highly recommend him.

I have worked with Autumn AC since 2015 have been very pleased with their work. They have been very flexible, punctual, reasonably priced. Jessica on the office is very responsive and their technicians have done a great job. I would absolutely recommend them!

Worst company ever! After they lie and manipulate you into buying they stop answering phone calls and emails. Do NOT do business with this company or any of their subsidiaries. We have been trying for a year to get our system working or removed. They are no help. Filed complaint with BBB. Have also contacted news station. Next up state attorneys office.

My experience with Kennedy Construction Group could not have been worse. It was a massive wake up call to realize that some people have no problem taking your hard earned money from you, if you let them.

I called them and another company to my home to investigate a small water stain(leak) in my kitchen.

Kennedy Construction Group result...

- NEVER went into my attic to look
- NEVER went onto my roof to look
- Presented me with a piece of paper with a Google image of my roof
- Lied to me about insurance only being reduce for higher grade product
- Quoted me $3,500 to fix or $18,500 to replace roof

Stay-Dry Roofing of Tampa Bay result...

- Went up onto my roof and inspected
- Went up into my attic and inspected
- Presented me with photo images of both
- Quoted me $75 to fix (said the leak was tiny)
- Quoted me 12,700 to replace but said it was not necessary, roof still had 3 to 4 years left on it

Conclusion

- Decison to NEVER EVER use Kennedy Constructon Group and share my experience with my neighbors (and all of Tampa for that matter)

- Decision to ALWAYS uses Stay-Dry Roofing of Tampa Bay or anyone but KCG

- Remember to always get multiple quotes

- I could not be more pissed about the lack of professionalism and shady practice of Kennedy Construction Group.

- I experienced the worst in people and the best in people this week. I almost lost$18,500 today. Buyer always beware.

DO NOT do business with this company.... I cancelled a roofing job with them in less than 24 hours and they insisted on keeping 25% of the deposit that I gave them of $2700 ($675.00) I was also accused by the owner of being a liar. It took 2 weeks to get the 75% of my money back after numerous unreturned emails and calls.

I had a small leak on my roof, and called this company. They sent someone who told my husband they needed to replace 400 sq. ft. and the price would be $1100. The next morning, the workmen were tearing off some shingles, and my husband asked what all they were doing. It was then he was shown a drawing which was only for 75 sq ft. We immediately called and the same person who was here the day before came, and said perimeter repair was expensive - ha - and that he had to pay workers comp, etc., for the employees. By this time, I knew I was getting ripped off, but now there was a hole in my roof. Upon completion of the 75 sq ft repair, I got my checkbook, and was told it was a cash only deal. lol at the worker's comp, etc., obvious these men were being paid under the table. I was then told I could write a check for cash, but couldn't put "roof repair" on it - could only put "roofing materials". I intend to report this company to the State of Florida!!!!
