Kevin & Susan Pfahl have been designing, building, and renovating homes in the Charlotte area since the mid 1980's. During that time they have designed and/or built hundreds of homes, renovations, and numerous commercial & multifamily projects. Including retail, condominiums, YMCA renovations, Restaurants, Churches, & Offices.
Through years of intensive study, focus, and hands on experience, Kevin & Susan have proven that quality & design excellence can be achieved at any price range. We have been recognized by our peers in the form of three Home Builders Association Gold Awards for Excellence of Remodeling and one Award of Merit in Design from the American Institute of Architects.
