In 1963, C.C. "Toby" Burris, Jr. opened the doors of Phillips Home Builders, specializing in home and light commercial projects. Carrying forward the family legacy, Danny Burris succeeded his father in 1993 under the new name, PHB Inc.-General Contractors. Since then, the company has performed a wide variety of new construction, insurance repair, property management, renovation work on high-end residential homes and commercial spaces... and everything in between!
